After each workout, let your body analyze the severity of your exercise session. Exercise may also be inadvisable for some individuals afflicted with certain medical conditions. You should identify the adjustments that should be made when you are ill, injured, or suffering from a medical condition that requires modifications. When you are obviously ill or not up to par, avoid exercise, rest a few days, and return to a lower level or an easier workout.
