Viagra
Viagra is the brand name of the medication sildenafil citrate, which is used to treat male erectile dysfunction (ED), also referred to as impotence. In 1998, Viagra became the first medication officially approved for treatment of erectile dysfunction in the United States. It was shown to be successful in 4 out of 5 men. Viagra comes in pills of 50mg or 100mg each with 50mg being the recommended dose for most men. The patient should take the pill at least 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. It lasts 4 hours and can be taken up to three times a day. The success rate of oral ED medications is very high, above 90%; however different people require different dosages to attain optimum results.

ROTECTING YOUR BODY FROM INJURY AND ILLNESS: AVOID THE WEEKEND ATHLETE APPROACH TO FITNESS
One sure way to guarantee numerous injuries and illnesses is to exercise vigorously only on weekends.
The older weekend athlete is particularly susceptible to heart attack, and individuals of all ages increase their chances of soft-tissue injuries to muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
In the early spring of each year and during the first major snowfall, approximately 25 to 50 men die of heart attacks. The early spring victims are generally middle-aged men who recently purchased a pair of $200 running shoes and decided to get in shape in just one workout. The 5-mile run usually attempted is often the first time this person has exercised in the past year. Or the snow shoveling after the first major snowfall is the first exposure to exercise since the previous winter. For these individuals, who may have underlying disease, the result is often fatal. These deaths can probably be prevented by a few months of walking as a means of preconditioning.
Death occasionally occurs following unaccustomed exertion in cold weather even though an autopsy reveals no signs of a heart attack. While this condition is rare, it is a possibility when men and women try to do it all in one weekend workout. Cold air constricts the blood vessels of the skin and increases blood pressure slightly. Vigorous exercise also increases blood pressure, heart rate, and the oxygen needs of the heart dramatically. Without proper warm-up and with the presence of hidden signs of heart disease, a heart attack may occur.
If the weekend is the only time you can exercise, avoid long bouts in hot or cold weather and strenuous exercise (jogging, running, racquetball, handball, tennis, basketball, soccer, rugby, and so on) unless you take frequent breaks. Consider supplementing your weekend routine with one other workout during the week. After one month, try increasing to two workouts during the week in addition to one on weekends. If you choose an aerobic activity and progress slowly for several months, you can minimize the risk of serious illness or injury. With a total of three workouts weekly, you have the foundation for a good conditioning program.
